Just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Evoak Property Management Services for being the absolute legends that they are. We had a very problematic tenant and Evoak swooped in like property management superheroes to save the day. Nicolette was outstanding!Right from the get-go, their vibe was all about professionalism mixed with a dash of expertise. Dealing with those tenant troubles can be a real headache, but Evoak had this magical way of making it seem like a walk in the park.What blew my mind was how they tackled problems head-on and got things sorted without breaking a sweat.And can we talk about their communication game? Super transparent, always keeping me in the loop. It's like they have this sixth sense for client satisfaction. They made what could have been a total nightmare into a breeze.If you're on the hunt for a property management crew that knows their stuff and actually cares, Evoak is the way to go. They've got my stamp of approval!

Nicolette has managed my rental property for me over a number of years. Nicolette has proved to be a very good agent who has made the management of the rental properties a trouble free experience. Nicolette keeps me informed of any matters that require my attention and in addition provides the appropriate advice where required thereby ensuring that any issues are dealt with in a timely fashion requiring minimal involvement on my behalf. Fantastic property managers, I can't fault them. We handed over our property to Nicolette after an awful experience with another agency and I only wish we did sooner. It's been a smooth sailing 1.5 years with Evoak and it gives me peace of mind to know that I can fully trust that our property is being managed by very capable and reliable agents.

I highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to lease their property through them to do it as well as anyone wanting to lease a property through them . We had the pleasure of having Harrison manage our property from getting tennants through to end of lease. Harrison really showed his caring and understanding of the property management industry on many occasions.Everything he said he would do, he did and if something needed following up, he followed up until completion. Even after the lease ended and there were repairs and maintenance required, he worked tirelessly to achieve a great outcome for us as well as asking us for our input along the way.I love the fact that Evoak Property Management is focused solely on the management of properties rather than splitting their time between sales and rental management. It really made a massive difference to how our property was managed as I have had a property managed in the last by a big real estate agency and received mediocre service from them.

I have had experiences with other property managers in the past, but no manager compares to the level of professionalism and customer service provided by Evoak Property Management.
